Menu Layout – Create Incoming/Outgoing Invoices

Symptoms

• Menu layout displayed options vertically instead of horizontally.
• Vertical display reduced available screen space and affected user navigation.

Root Cause

Browser cache caused the UI to render incorrectly.

Resolution

Guided the client to clear all browser cache and restart the app, restoring the menu to the correct horizontal layout.

Prevention

• Encourage users to periodically clear browser cache to avoid UI rendering issues.
• Recommend using the latest browser version supported by SAP Fiori.
• Advise users to refresh the app or relog after major UI changes or system updates.
