Work Order Cannot Be Created

Issue Description:

Users are unable to create a Work Order

Root Cause:

Database inconsistencies can prevent Work Order creation. Running the Data Check ensures the database is in a consistent state.

Solution:

The good issue transaction can be created from Work Order after running the Data Check function under the Utilities menu in the Database Test section.
