SAP BAS (Browser Access Service) Issue

Issue Description: unable to log to SAP with BAS

Required Steps:

Check all SAP users facing this issue or a specific user.

Login SAP from the SAP client.

Check whether restart the BAS service.

Confirm IT to check the time between the SAP server and BAS server.

Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
